Dates: This ancient fruit are small nuggets of nutrition.

Free of sodium and cholesterol, packed with both insoluble and soluble fibers, and an excellent source of heart loving potassium and a numerous of other essential vitamins and minerals, dates will keep you full and satisfy you sweet tooth.


Nuts: Like dates, nuts are nature's way of showing us that good things come in small packages. Nuts are packed with heart-healthy fats, protein, vitamins, and minerals and their mix of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and protein.

Raw Cacao: Thanks to its high amounts of antioxidants, raw cacao powder is considered to have many health benefits included boosting overall health and energy level. Cacao has more antioxidant flavonoids than any food tested so far, including blueberries, red wine, and black and green teas.  Even better – cacao makes us happy – thanks to its content of Anandamide- “The Bliss Chemical” - an endorphin that the human body naturally produces after exercise and also only found in cacao.
